Be Bare Incorporated was started in 2017 and is owned and operated by Jasmine Lowe.  Jasmine is a licensed cosmetologist who spent previous years gaining industry experience working at barbershops and a major waxing salon. It was during her time as a waxing specialist that she was inspired by her work and decided to venture out and start her own business.

During her previous tenures, Jasmine noticed many clients had been struggling with having hair bump outbreaks. Knowing that it was a common problem that many didn’t have a solution to, she handcrafted an exfoliation scrub for her clients that provided powerful moisturization yet was gentle on the skin. Soon her clients noticed fewer outbreaks, softer skin, and less darkening of the skin caused by the irritation from having an outbreak.

The scrub worked well but these results were limited to a small group of persons within her waxing boutique. So she continued crafting until she came up with a solution that could be used universally in barbershops and waxing boutiques: hair bump relief spray. When one of her clients moved to a different state, she knew she had a winning solution. 

“About a month had gone by and he called kind of frantic saying he needed some more HBR spray because his face was looking bad and nothing else was working. He said, “You gotta help me!” and I knew that this was the solution that so many people were looking for,” Jasmine says.
